Thumbs down The Motor City Bowl

Holy Max Klinger... Toledo is getting HAMMERED! I had a feeling they'd lose but I thought they'd make a game out of it. They've fallen apart with all of the stupid penalties.

The Independence Bowl looks like it may help spread the field a bit as the picks are about evenly split between Neb. and Miss.

Anyone wanna take over keep track of the records? I'm feeling a little lazy and having little free time while I'm having the time of my life during this break.

Yeah, I was at the Motor City Bowl. It sucked. Toledo has no defense. They're still not a bad team for being Big Ten rejects.

Thanks Mattingly... after this last semester, I already feel "rejuvenated" for the next semester. Who'd thunk sledding is fun after grade school? I also traveled over a good 600 miles since the start of break, going to Columbus and back to see the Wings beat the Blue Jackets and man is Nationwide Arena nice and drove to Detroit a few times, once for the Motor City Bowl and drove to quite a few other places too.

Anyways, anyone looking for my postgame reaction after the Buckeyes win the National Championship will have to wait till probably the 5th. There's a big party my friend is throwing at his cottage over by the Ohio-Indiana-Michigan border.

Well, I never claimed to know much about college football. It is showing in my predictions so far. Hopefully it is just attributed to them being lesser-known schools and I will do better in the more important games.

Ranger, when you have that big party, you will be puking and crying for days, so I will give you at least until the beginning of the semester to respond.:D

Randy, you went 3-0 today and are now at .500, which is still last place, but hey its a start.

Since this is all in fun and with no $$ on the line the late entry of MCO is no big whoop, although he is in second.

Look at those standings! No one better than 8-4. That tells me parity is hitting the NCAA level too. While I didn't make any picks I'll be watching to see what happens.

I am so embarassed that I picked Florida. Really not sure why I did. I hope I lose that one.

The "overrated" Big Ten is now 4-0. If (when) PSU wins, it will be 5-0.

Looks like I'm not gonna make it. I am 4 games below .500. Oh well, Michigan won, Notre Dame lost, and Ohio State is gonna get destroyed....what else could you ask for...:)

Of course, everyone is close to .500 so I could end up being pretty good in the standings..depending on what everyone else picked.
