I feel like this game could be a big turning point in the season. I have no logical reason to think this, mind. It just feels like a big victory. Verlander was an absolutely dominating groundball machine tonight, and got the Tigers' first complete game of the season. He saved the 'pen (which we'll probably need tomorrow and/or the day after). Well, I really hope this is a huge one. Of course, they'll probably get shellacked tomorrow but whatever. I'm basking in this performance ...
