I saw some of the grandest fireworks that I have ever seen on Sunday afternoon. Most firework displays have their grand finale at the end. The Whitecaps had their Grand Finale at the the beginning. The Whitecaps scored 13 runs in the first inning on 6 hits and 7 walks, and chased two Dragon pitchers from the game. Wow! Our pitchers also struggled a bit, giving up 11 runs.
