I wanted to share, being it's the holiday season and all...

First off, I don't hear from my little brother that much these days... He's in the military, stationed in Miami, and he works very odd/long hours, though I did finally talk to him last night, and with it, came an awesome story. Like I said, he is stationed in Miami, so he was able to attend the Miami Dolphins/New England Patriots game this year (it was actually military appreciation day), so they had everyone come dressed in uniform... Anyway, he was on the field before the game (for what I am guessing was the military appreciation part), where he met Tom Brady, Chade Henne, and Jake Long. He said that as he was standing around -- waiting, and that he saw Brady throwing a ball around, so he screamed - GO BLUE, which quickly got Brady's attention. Brady turned, asking - what was that? My brother said it again, where Brady smiled and replied, damn right GO BLUE! He then walked over, and they talked a little Michigan football, where then, Brady asked if he wanted to meet Chad Henne and Jake Long. That was a no brainer, so Brady then had someone go and grab them... They walked over, and all talked for a quick minute, and my brother asked them all to sign his flag, and a plaque he brought, which they did. All were great guys, he said, and my brother said, like me, that he loves following former Wolverines in the NFL .. which they all obviously appreciated. They weren't allowed to bring cameras, so he couldn't get a picture, which sucks.

My brother isn't the kind of guy that'd frame something like that (unlike me;), so he didn't mind.

JB, this is a great story and thanks for sharing.

Its nice to know that 3 guys who are universally regarded as a-hole, d-bags by knowledgeable college football fans really are good people. :classic:
