Have any of you ever been a "test subject" for something, and gotten paid for it? You see those ads around college campuses a lot, some for $500, and some all the way up to $3,000.

Anyone ever done it? I'm thinking about it. Wondering if it really is a good way to get some quick cash.

Mate of mine did when we were students. Iirc he got really ill for a week...

Careful. There's good reason why they pay people to do this stuff.
