It's there - thanks.

I'm going with VanSlyke.

Gibson.. I bet he wouldn't want to though. My second choice would be Tommy Brookins.

No Charles Liston?

I'm thinking Brookens is being groomed for the job. I also think VanSlyke would make for a fun manager. I'm sure the media would love him.

If the Tigers win it all this year, I be Leyland calls it a career. Walbeck isn't ready yet so they will put one of the current coaches in the position for a couple of year. I guessed Lamont, but McClendon could be the one as well.

I'm sure there is a joke in here somewhere about not being able to find Yooper's poll.

I don't think so. He has one ring and stayed. He'll stick to see what he can do with this club. Jimmy has never had the proper opportunity to try to repeat.

I know the Feds can't seem to find him, but maybe the Tigers can.

This is Leyland's dream job. Remember he started with the Tigers minor league system. He has a owner and a GM that he likes. I remember a quote of his from earlier in the season where he said he would be here until he isn't healthy anymore. I guess that or if they fire him.

I think he will be here for 6 or 7 years. I chose Van Slyke because I think it would be hilarious if he ended up the manager. But honestly its a crapshoot.

Looks like a toss-up between Brookens, Walbeck, VanSlyke. Sorry Charles, don't think all 13 "others" voted for you.

I realized today that it is probably DImitri Young.
