I know Tigerfest will be at the copa but have they set a date yet? And its usually free right?

DETROIT -- Tickets for TigerFest 2007, the Tigers annual fan-focused winter event featuring fun for fans of all ages, will go on sale tomorrow at 10 a.m. This year's event, presented by Verizon Wireless, will take place on Saturday, Jan. 20, 2007 from 12 p.m. until 6 p.m.
Tickets for the event are $10 for adults and $5 for kids 14-and-under and are available by visiting tigers.com or by calling 248-25-TIGER.

TigerFest 2007, held for the first time ever at Comerica Park, will be a completely new and exciting event designed to preview the upcoming baseball campaign - while celebrating the Tigers 2006 American League Championship season. Most fan access areas within the event will be heated and covered - as the Tigers create the ultimate "summer time" experience in the middle of winter!

The event will allow fans to interact with their favorite Tigers players and coaches through autograph sessions, photo booths, seminars and instructional clinics. In addition, fans will have the opportunity to tour many unique areas of the ballpark including; the Home and Visiting Clubhouses, Visitor Batting Tunnel, Ground Crew Area, Press Box, the exclusive Champions Club and a Comerica Park Suite.

Fan activities will include Major League batting cages, a Tigers Speed Pitch cage, a Tigers historic museum area and the opportunity to have your picture taken with the 2006 American League Championship trophy. Youngsters can hit in a miniature wiffle ball stadium, swing in the junior T-Ball area, play video games, have their face painted and more.
