Sparky Anderson is the only major league manager to have won a championship in the AL and in the NL.
In about 10 days (or less), that will no longer be true.

The World Series hasn't started. Don't be arrogant. Really, if the Cards put up a fight to 7 games, I wouldn't be surprised.

I've said all along the cardinals have a better chance of beating us than the Mets. They have better pitching, more experience in the postseason, and better managing than the mets.

He's not being arrogant. LaRussa has won in the AL, Leyland in the NL. One of them will join Sparky.

Thank you for saying this, since you said it with far less vitriol than I would have.

No problem. I mentioned it here (http://www.motownsports.com/forums/showpost.php?p=927212&postcount=6) a few days ago and I don't think anyone noticed it.

wrong, wrong, and wrong. Mets are better in all 3 catagorys imo. And they have the same chance as the mets.

I've gotta give Domino points for calling his own doh.
Kudos to all.

Except that he was really calling Florida Tigers' "doh", but I digress.
