i couldn't find blair at all on the MLB site, so evidentally he didn't/isn't pitching with any team at the moment.

i did find cj nitkowski. he pitched 13.2 innings for texas last year, earning a 2.73 ERA.

Chris holt did not play for a ML club last year.

mattie(has plenty of time to look these things up) :D
