In the first: Bonderman gives up 2 nubbers for base hits and then a 3 run homerun.

In the second: Bonderman gets squeezed (as he he so often does) and gives up 2 walks and then a 3 run HR

In the 5th: Bonderman gets the 1st 2 easily then Inge and Infante make errors...another 3 run HR

Tigers offense (oxymoron here): no hits, no walks and 13 K's.

No perfect game because the Twins get an error.

How's this for a shocker prediction?
Jeremy and Johan pitch their best thru 6 innings. An infield hit by Infante and a home run by Granderson make it 2-0 Tigs. Twins rally on Bonderman in the 8th, who's growing tired, but Leyland leaves him in one batter too many. Bondo leaves with the bases loaded on two walks sandwiched around a single. Rodney comes in and goes full count on Mike Cuddayver, then whiffs him. Walker comes in to face Morneau and gets him to pop out. Inning over. Tigs do nothing in the 9th, and Jones comes in and sets the side down in order.
Tigers win 2-0, with Santana taking a complete game loss. The Tigers have more scoring opportunities than the Twins, as Bonderman out-pitches Santana (he did it once before, remember? He's due now!), but can't add more than two runs, stranding 9 baserunners.

Call it a gut feeling, but with their backs to the wall, the Tigers pull out all the stops and scratch out a series split, to everyone's surprise.

Hey......gotta have hope.....and I can dream, can't I? What would be so ludicrous about it? To write us off before the game even starts is defeatist. Santana is just a man, after all, not a god.
