Well, it looks like I was off the mark - as word has leaked out that 5* big man, Adreian Payne (Dayton, OH)
has in fact selected MSU, and will make his verbal official on ESPNU at 5:30pm. Massive get for Izzo and company, and should bump up the already 15th ranked class (2010), into the top 5.
Payne joins (combo guard) Keith Appling, sharp-shooter Russell Byrd and PF Alex Gauna to form a pretty nice 4-man class. That 1,2 of Payne and Appling is pretty sick.
