My boys birthday is coming up in a few days, and he really wants a Xbox 360. I am nervous about spending the money on that system, with all the red ring of death complaints. I dont want it to be a bigger headache than needed. We have a PS3, but he wants this for his room. He wont play it all that much, just when there is nothing else to do, or no friends around.

So how many of you have one, and what are the problems that you experienced with them? Appreciate the help.

I have 2 and have had no problems with either of them.
