It seems to be fast and gives good search results. Integrates fairly well with their other tools (maps and such), but I like how google integrates better.
Still a huge improvement over their previous search site (live.com I think), and compares favorably with google. I don't see the killer feature that will get google users to switch to it, but at least it's competitive.
