When migrating from our old message board to this new software platform, account passwords did not transfer over. Therefore, when you try to login for the first time, the new message board software will not recognize your password. To reset your password, please click the "Forgot Password" option to have the software email you instructions on how to reset your password.
If your email address has changed since your originally input it into the old message board and was never updated, the new message board software will try to send the password reset instructions to your old email address. This is problem.
In this case, please send an email to email@example.com (or use the Contact Us form found on the website or bottom of the message boards) with your username, your new email address, and what you believe to be your old email address. Once I receive this information, I will update your email address on file and have the new software send you the instructions to reset your password.
Please do not sign up for a new account if you already have an account. I would much prefer to fix the issues with your old account to get you back up and running again using an identity that is already familiar with the group.
